This hard hat is the newest development from JSP based on popular earlier models, the MK2 and MK3 hard hats. The Evolution Deluxe is a full-brim hard hat with a extremely durable HDPE (high-density polyurethane) shell for optimal protection in the workplace. Like all hard hats, it’s designed to protect the head from harsh impacts that might occur from heavy materials, tools and other job hazards. This hat features a 6-point ratcheting suspension systemconstructed of webbing straps & clips which are secured by a HDPE main strap. For comfort and sweat absorption, it features a ph neutral & dermatologist tested Chamlon sweatband, made from an Egyptian cotton core and wrapped with a porous polyurethane coating.
